To support employees’ well-being and create a workplace culture that promotes healing, the Employee Stress-Relief Series featured the “Mindful Weaving Workshop”, inspired by the theme of the “Eye of Life.” The workshop encouraged participants to immerse themselves in delicate handcrafting and mindful practice, discovering inner calm and strength through the creative process.
Guided by the instructor, employees learned to weave threads into patterns with focus and intention. More than just a handcraft activity, the session became a mindfulness practice—inviting participants to set aside distractions and concentrate on each stitch. As they worked, many experienced a sense of tranquility and emotional release, with the finished “Eye of Life” symbolizing self-protection, awareness, and the value of personal “Me Time.”
“Mindful Weaving” highlights the importance of listening to oneself and embracing emotions through art. By transforming each stitch into a dialogue with the inner self, employees found not only relaxation but also renewed energy to face daily challenges.
The company remains committed to fostering a healthy, supportive, and fulfilling workplace. Through stress-relief workshops and wellness initiatives, it continues to show care for employees’ holistic well-being and to build a warm, balanced, and positive work environment.
