Selecting Memory, Expansion and Power for Compact Designs

When selecting a Pico-ITX embedded board, compare processor performance and memory configuration with the intended software workload. Display requirements, Ethernet port count, serial interfaces and available expansion sockets should then be matched to the connected peripherals. Power input, thermal conditions, connector access and enclosure clearance should also be confirmed before completing the system design.
