As Taiwan enters an aging society, dementia has become a pressing public health issue that cannot be ignored. To raise awareness and foster compassion for this condition in the workplace, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital has partnered with our company to host the Dementia-Friendly Health Education Poster Exhibition. Through a series of visually engaging and informative static posters, the exhibition offers employees an easy and inspiring way to understand dementia, distinguish it from normal forgetfulness, and collectively build a more compassionate and inclusive workplace culture.
The exhibition features three major themed zones: Emotional Engagement, Knowledge Sharing, and Health Advocacy.
•The Emotional Engagement Zone uses warm images and text to evoke empathy and care for the elderly and those living with dementia.
•The Knowledge Sharing Zone explains the differences between normal aging and dementia, emphasizing the importance of early identification and treatment.
•The Health Advocacy Zone introduces the five major risk factors and ten warning signs of dementia, offering practical daily prevention tips to help employees start building awareness now.
To boost engagement and make the activity more interactive and enjoyable, each poster includes a QR code that links to a questionnaire. By scanning and completing the survey, employees can share their valuable feedback and also enter a raffle. A total of 23 lucky winners will be randomly selected to receive delightful prizes. Everyone is warmly encouraged to participate—learn about dementia and help spread love and care!
This event reflects Portwell, Inc.’s strong commitment to promoting health education. Through this dementia-friendly exhibition, the company aims to cultivate a workplace environment of empathy and inclusion, while also encouraging employees to extend health awareness into their families and communities—living out the core values of intergenerational harmony and age-friendly practices.

Moving forward, Portwell will continue working with professional organizations to promote diverse health education initiatives—helping employees develop healthy habits in their daily lives and together creating a high-quality, sustainable, and deeply caring work environment.
