WEBS-45H3 Is Rugged, Fanless and Ideal for Machine Vision and Factory Automation Applications

Powered by the 10th Generation Intel Core processor with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630, the WEBS-45H3 system supports high-resolution triple display output, serving as an ideal platform for performance and graphics-demanding applications.

WEBS-45H3 is designed to provide a solution with power efficiency and value added. Instead of adopting a mobile CPU as a traditional embedded system, the WEBS-45H3 utilizes 35W Intel desktop CPU and Intel Q470 chipset, which is more economical compared to its mobile counterpart. The WEBS-45H3 provides great performance as well as low power consumption; these features not only make WEBS-45H3 compatible, but also outstanding in the market. The system further takes advantage of the 10th Generation Intel Core processor technologies supporting dual-channel DDR4 memory up to 64 GB and 2x 2.5” SSD slots. The WEBS-45H3 provide comprehensive I/O for connecting a wide range of devices, three independent display (DisplayPort/HDMI®/VGA) interfaces with resolution up to 4K, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports, three RS-232 ports, four USB 2.0 and four USB 3.2 ports, one 8 bits GPIO port, and mic-in/line-out. Additionally, expansion can be achieved via M.2 such as wireless and Bluetooth module, SSD with SATA 3.0 speed and LTE modules or USB 3.0 port per request.

The embedded board that drives the WEBS-45H3 system features an innovative PCIe expansion module (2x PCIe x16 slot, PCIe x8 signal). Users can easily maintain or replace the PCIe module via a unique gold finger design or extended from PCIe x16 slot.

The rugged and fanless design of WEBS-45H3 creates a better durability to operate in harsh environment and application, such as factory and industrial automation. The WEBS-45H3 is compliance with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, which passed vibration test of 1Grms/ 10~500Hz and a shock test of 50G, assuring its solidity and reliability. The system’s thermal design is optimized to support -20 to 60°C operation temperature to ensure operation stability. Additional thermal solutions, such as a customized heat spreader, can be implemented to achieve a better operating stability. A wide range of input voltage range from DC 12v to 36v enables product usage to adapt in various scenario. In addition to its robust and high-performance, WEBS-45H3 is also stylish in mechanical design to enhance its artistry to seek and attract potential applications including Industrial Edge Vision Orchestrator, intelligent digital security, factory automation and surveillance applications.
