Portwell has always been committed to creating a “happy company” where every employee feels valued and enjoys a fulfilling life. To enhance the sense of well-being among colleagues, we organized the “Portwell Voice Karaoke Competition,” attracting numerous colleagues who love singing and eagerly joined. After an initial selection through video submissions, our professional judges and company-wide voting resulted in nine finalists advancing to the grand finale.
On the day of the finals, two professional judges attended in person to score each contestant’s performance and offer vocal coaching. This allowed participants to not only showcase their singing talent but also gain valuable insights and experience from the judges’ feedback. Each finalist gave their best performance, striving to present their strongest singing skills. The judges provided scores and personalized advice for each singer, enhancing their stage presence and offering an exceptional musical experience for the live audience.
The competition was intense, and after a fierce battle, two contestants achieved identical scores, leading to a rare tie. Following the judges’ recommendation, the two finalists engaged in an a cappella showdown, heightening the excitement for both the live and virtual audiences. After the sing-off, the judges awarded the championship and runner-up titles, bringing the thrilling karaoke competition to a fitting close.

To that end, the company has installed KTV equipment, allowing employees to unwind and sing after work, creating a joyful space for relaxation. “Portwell Voice Karaoke Competition” not only provided a stage for talent but also shared joy with everyone through live streaming.
