Organized by the Portwell Employee Welfare Committee, this annual event once again drew enthusiastic participation from colleagues across the company. From the open submission round to public online voting and the competitive Top 8 selection, the entire competition was conducted with fairness and transparency, giving every music-loving employee a chance to let their voice be heard, seen, and appreciated.
This year’s competition received a wave of impressive entries as soon as submissions opened. Contestants showcased their unique styles through heartfelt performances in the public YouTube audition. After evaluations by professional judges—based on vocal technique, emotional expression, and stage presence—eight finalists were selected to advance to the online Grand Finals on November 7.
During the final live broadcast, the Top 8 contestants delivered powerful and moving performances, each adding unforgettable moments to the event. As the judges completed their scoring, the top three singers of the year were officially announced. In addition to the champion, runner-up, and third place, the event also featured two interactive audience awards—Best Supporter Award and Best Prediction Award—encouraging viewers to join the excitement by leaving comments during the livestream. These activities boosted the event’s engagement and allowed even more colleagues to be part of the celebration. Once the results were posted, the lucky winners were announced, bringing the competition to a lively and heartwarming close.
