To support employee well-being and work-life balance, Portwell continues to promote its “Employee Stress Relief Series.” This time, the company introduced a themed session, “Aromatherapy Journey — Listening to Your Inner Self Through Scent,” inviting a professional aromatherapy instructor to guide employees on a healing journey from within through the power of fragrance.
The course is built on the idea that “the sense of smell is a shortcut to emotions.” Through the delicate layers of essential oil aromas, participants are guided to reconnect with their inner feelings and physical state. Though invisible, scent holds a powerful ability to instantly evoke memories and emotions, making it one of the most direct ways to reconnect with oneself. More than just an aromatherapy experience, this session offers a meaningful opportunity to slow down and listen inward.
The event also included a light “stress-relief activity,” creating a safe and calming space to simply breathe. With the instructor’s guidance, employees were able to pause amid their busy routines and be present in the moment. Many have experienced times when stress quietly builds up, emotions tighten, and even breathing feels heavy. In such moments, what we truly need may not be more effort, but a warm and safe space to reconnect with our inner voice.
