Matching Connectivity, Expansion and Power Requirements

Selecting the appropriate 3.5-inch embedded board starts with matching the processor platform and memory capacity to the target workload. Display combinations, Ethernet speed, serial port requirements and expansion interfaces should then be evaluated according to the connected devices. Designers should also confirm input voltage, operating temperature, connector placement and enclosure clearance before final system integration.
