Textile Industry | Automatic Yarn Winding Machine

In an Automatic Yarn Winding Machine, an optical sensor will inspect yarn and automatically remove off-standard bobbins. Automation and our design must collect all production information and update it to the control center concurrently for extensive data analytic management.

Factory Test Tool | Add-on Card Factory

Most factories want to maximize their productivity. Therefore, improving production efficiency has become a vital part of factory management. In tradition, factories test add-on cards with a regular mainboard. They try to shorten the test life cycle to speed up output. Mainboard add-on-card slots are easily damaged because of high-frequency plug and unplugging; therefore, the test tool costs will rise. After Portwell's team checks factory status onsite, we provide a ruggedized multi-add-on-card tool to solve this issue.

Automatic Optical | Inspection in Automobile Factory

Portwell helps automobile manufacturers to improve paint shop production performance. We evaluate their status onsite and phase in AOI to control paint shop inspection quality. In the mechanical industry, the product line has the following characteristics: a small number of production models, the structure of the test object are very different, and the production temperature and humidity are very different, so AOI implementation is slower than in the electronic industry.
